Came in for my brand new vehicles 1st oil change. I wanted to have the oil changed at 1k miles. Andrew Phillips was our Service Advisor and got us in and taken care of immediately. Was a really wonderful customer service experience.

Advisor was excellent w wonderful personality who helped me be patient with the long long wait. In computer language he was more than "use friendly". He restored my faith in Am Toyota. Previous advisors were not.
