Was happy with the service.

It was good.

I was greeted by a valet checking me in and gathering information. A tech was checking the tread depth of my tires. When I explained to the valet the purpose of my visit, he brought me to Service Manager Devon assigned to me for a more detailed discussion. I believe he was training an employee. I brought the Tacoma in for scheduled maintenance, check the high speed fuel pump (on a Service Advisory) and a mud-flap issue. I left the vehicle to go to the gym with my husband. While there I was notified that additional work was needed. I called to talk to Devon and accepted majority of the recommended service. I was dropped off by my husband to wait for the work to be completed, where Devon explained the completed service and invoice. When I inquired whether the mouse blocker was at the “on” position, he came out to the truck with me to check. The only negative is that the dealership blocked the exits of the parking lot where there was only one way out.

I'm always satisfied with the work they do on my car. I am very unsatisfied with the amount it cost me. $227.45 on labor, the parts were $100.38. Total $327.23. The labor was so expensive 😩
