Easy in and out. Easy to schedule

Had to go and ask a staff member about status on my car after being there 2-1/2 hours. I hadn't spoken at all to advisor from the moment I checked in at 130pm until when I checked out 3 hours later. Very nice advisor but they're very busy.

Valet and check in of my vehicle was courteous and efficient. Mariah Lucero took care of the service on my Tacoma. She was extremely professional and detailed on the maintenance being conducted or recommended for my vehicle. Outstanding customer service!
