Roger was attentive and helped communicate well while waiting on the delivery of my vehicle.

I am a new owner of a used Tacoma. It needed an oil change, and this was my first visit to your service. I am a high school teacher. I get out early on Fridays, so Joe was able to work me in, and I was done in ~ 1.5 hours. I was going to Las Cruces, on Saturday so he had service do an oil change and tire balance.

I was impressed with Will who took time explaining current service and the service that will be next needed in future.

I waited for almost 3 hours for my scheduled oil change. Seemed really excessive and made me late to a family event. However, Marcos the valet guy was super helpful and speedy on getting me answers when I asked.

It was great. I did not like the wait time but overall it was go.

My car was in for routine Maintence. Mariah Lucero has worked me several times. She always lets me know what needs to be done in a timely manner. She’s pleasant and most importantly I trust her with my car.
