Great experience. I learned that for basic oil changes/Toyotacare it’s okay to schedule online, and for specific repairs and/or more extensive work it is best to call to schedule the service by phone. The technician who checked me in was very smart to check with the Service Advisor to make sure there was adequate time to get the work needed on my car. I was a little concerned the repair I needed couldn’t be completed the same day but it was. I’m very appreciative and impressed by the consideration for customers and the consideration for the team members at LHM Toyota to make sure the workload is achievable for all involved. Thank you and kudos to everyone for the exceptional service!!

Long wait for maintenance - 3.5 hours which I don’t like. I also learned that Rich Pohl no longer with you and he was my ultimate fav advisor and will miss him. But new advisor Devon was excellent and I want him every time I come back. He really attended go all my needs. He’s great.
