Worked with Ethan Fuller. He was amazing start to finish. Had car waiting for inspection fully cleaned up and ready to view on my arrival. I informed him I would return in the afternoon and he was prepared with the appraiser for my trade in and fully ready to negotiate. He negotiated an acceptable deal for my trade in and we agreed on a price.

An improvement your organization needs to make is communicating to the customer immediately when the car is ready to be picked up. Also I get the impression that a technician will start working on one car, then interrupt that work to work on other cars, and finally come back to finish the job. I've had it take 5-6 hours of work on my car before it's ready to be picked up -- and I know it doesn't take that long.

Oil change. I think a little to much oil residue was left around filter but maybe I am to particular. It wasn't bad just not to my eye. I did take a rag when I got home cleaned it up to my liking. Like I said maybe I am too old and grew up with a different level of expectation.
