Great customer service as usual.

The service advisor was great. The work on the car was done very professionally. We scheduled the appointment for the parking brake but also asked for an oil change when we got there and they added the time for that with no problem. My only complaint is that the first person I talked to when I called to schedule the appointment knew nothing about the work that needed to be done or how long it would take. I had to be transferred to three people before I got someone who could answer questions.
