I brought my Prius in for a scheduled oil change and inspection. From the initial reception to the return of my car, everyone encountered was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I would especially like to mention how awesome Isaac Moya, my service rep, was. He asked for the best way to communicate with me. He sent updates during the process and resolved any concerns and questions I had. He was extremely customer satisfaction focused. He is an asset to Larry H Miller American Toyota Service dept.
