Mariah was great! Super nice, and very understanding. I’ve never had a preferred service advisor before- I just always went to whoever was available. But that’s definitely going to change moving forward.

Ryan was extremely helpful. The guy who checked me in had no idea what he was doing and wasn’t helpful at all. Didn’t know how to find my VIN #, didn’t set any sort of expectations, just walked away when he was done talking.
