My advisor was great. The problem I had is that I clearly stated I was going to wait for my service. I was only having an oil and filter change. I was notified it was going to take 2 hrs while I was waiting. Why? If it's going to take that long, you need to advise me of that when I made the appointment.If you are overscheduling, you need to take less appointments.
