Matthias has a good “read” of the purchaser’s interest and respond to it accordingly, without being too pushy.

Only reason not 5 stars is I made the apt after receiving a 25% off a service email at about 9 am. When I clicked on the offer it offered same day apt times. I chose 12 pm and when I dropped the car off I was told it would take 3 hours. I don't think its best practice to allow setting up appointments when there is such a long back log, requiring unnecessary long waits.

Everyone was pleasant and professional.Mariah was exceptionally helpful and patient with my many questions. I was disappointed that my oil change service took 3 hours even with an appointment.
