Started with a very friendly young man. His name is Jayden. We actually came in to speak with someone about a discrepancy with the Title of our vehicle. Turns out my interest went to a red Camry.

I am from Austin and travel frequently from there and Albuquerque. I drove my 2008 Tundra with 183,000 miles from Austin to Albuquerque yesterday. On the drive in, my air conditioner went on the fritz. I was so grateful they could get me the next day (Saturday) and took care of it. Also, they found my radiator hose was leaking which could have been a major problem if something would have happened en route. My service advisor, Mariah, was great. She was very pleasant, explained everything, and kept me informed. I enjoyed working with her. BTW, we lived in Albuquerque over 25 years ago and purchased our first Camry from American Toyota.

Issac Moya met with us . Explained everything that was going to be done and answered some questions we had concerning our Highlander’s battery’s consistently discharging and needing a jump start. The battery would hold full charge only if the vehicle was driving daily. Every time the vehicle sat for a week or more it required a jump. He suggested some inspections and tests and what potential options we might have. He was clear about what we could do and was very helpful.
