Great customer service but the scheduling system continues to over book and overwhelm the workers. My appointment was at 1pm and the estimated completion time was 3hrs for an oil change but actual time end up being 4hrs and 30mins. Eventhough I was given a complementary Uber right, my plans for the day had to be cancelled. This is my 4th service and every time is the same scheduling issue. The service and customer reps are great and very apologetic but having 3 different scheduling systems that do not speak to each other causes many issues.
