Check in was very smooth. My service adviso, Aimara Coronado, was very courteous, friendly and professional. I’m from Florida and my 2023 4Runner hit its 10k check up. I wasn’t sure how it would work with an out of state dealer, but it couldn’t have been better. Aimara was first rate and kept me updated every step of the way by text messaging. The process went smoothly and quickly and they even washed the road grime of my vehicle for me. Overall, my experience was top notch.
