Will Talbolt, the assitant service manager puts the “people”in the “P” in PR mean something. He is kind, polite, and straight forward. He goes the extra mile for people. Despite his phone ringing nonstop, coworkers looking for him, and being pulled in all directions, he explained patiently with models, both my tire tread as well as the brake pads. He went over my multi point inspection in detail, pausing to answer my questions. I was impressed when he actually went out and got the part that I needed for my Prius, just to move the repair process and time frame forward. He had no trouble popping the hood and showing me a thing or two about the Prius that I had questions about . Wil is an excellent human being and in all my 16 years coming to LHM he is unsurpassed! He is the golden standard for how people should be treated. Let’s face it, we’re all on this earth together, and it really is all about how you treat people and quality service you render.
