I usually have very positive experience with my oil changes and I understand that upselling is part of a successful business model. However, it would be good for the team to focus a bit more on the delivery of the basics if they want to get additional up sell business. I dropped my vehicle at 8:30am and I didn’t receive any text messages which I usually do for the diagnostic and auth for additional services from just my basic oil change. I called at 1:30pm and got the service rep and he said their system wasn’t working. Then I only authorized the oil change and he said I could come by and pick it up. When I got into my car the filters that were slightly used were laying on my passenger seat and my glove box was dismantled. When I asked for the manager he was kind and gracious and replaced my AC filter free of charge.Overall, I still will bring my vehicle and my families vehicles here but it would be nice if the focus was delivering the basics well before the upselling begins.

Jeff was very kind. Attentive and professional. But some customers act like jerks. They are demanding. Everyone deserves a raise.
