Joe Sanchez is the only reason why I come to Toyota. He is simply the best and I have followed him from Toyota on Lomas, to I-40, to Santa Fe, and now Alameda. I only trust Joe. He is the best hands down.

When I first got there, I was told it was going to take 2 1/2 to 3 hours. So instead of sitting there, I made arrangements for someone to pick me up and then it only took an hour and a half. I appreciate the quick service, but the initial estimated time just threw me off.

Many people spend several hours waiting for their car. With that in mind, providing something like popcorn or trail mix would help people. You have so much space in that huge bldg. a little play space for 3 yr olds and under and a parent would be welcomed by all
