We were checking on a rattle noise(looseBolt) after over 2,000 dollars of service previous Saturday. Missing 5 Star because we called LHM call service all day on Wednesday prior left 3 messages with no answer or no call backs at all. We told the person who helped us out and we’re serviced within an hour so please please work on the call center at phone number on website. We are very long time customers and to be ignored is awful. The courtesy of a call back in a timely manner would have been nice but we are yet to receive a call at all. Not that we need it now. But they would not know that because they never called.
