Mostly a good experience. Tech forgot to reset the dash and all four valve stem caps were removed from my tires. I tried to call the service mgr who helped me but instead got a lady screening calls telling they would relay him the message and he could get back to me. No one has gotten back to me. Just stem covers but still on the annoying side.Ryan was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

I had intentionally requested my appointment be with Andrew, because of my positive history of working with Andrew. I trust him. The person who scheduled the appointment(from another state???) assured me that Andrew would be there. He was off that day.With trepidation I explained to Isaac(the gentleman that was scheduled that day) my history with Toyota. He was super professional with me and really put me at ease. He shared with me how long that he has worked with Toyota and assured me that he would oversee and make sure that my vehicle would be serviced properly.Most important he was patient with me and did NOT dismiss my concerns. Instead he validated my concerns and listened. When some additional work needed to be done other than my oil check , he provided me with detailed paperwork with pictures. He also sat down and explained the items and again asked me if I had any questions or concerns. Again he listened to me, a positive and rare quality that I greatly appreciate. He won me over and I can honestly say that I feel comfortable and wholly trust in his abilities and capabilities for servicing my vehicle and respecting me as a customer.
