I switched after being a loyal Sandia Toyota customer for years. After their GM Ernie left, their service went downhill. The last time I went there for service, I waited 4 hours for an oil change. This was my 2nd time getting my car serviced at your location and both times I have had great speedy service. The rep I got was wonderful, I explained I needed to be at work by 9am and he made it happen. Twice! My husband and I will now be using your location for both of our Toyota vehicles.
