I was a problem customer as I had an appointment t I had to get to after my service. Jordan made it happen! I'm sorry to be a prob let but she worked it out and I am ver pleased.

I brought my car in on 8/14/23 for an issue I was having with the front right wheel area. I met with Serenity in the service department. After about two hours Serenity called me to let me know the car was ready for pick up. She showed me the video of the problem with the car. Throughout the drop off and pick up of my car, Serenity was very nice and helpful, and professional. I give many kuddos to Serenity and Larry H. Miller American Toyota dealership in Albuquerque. I will continue to bring my car and future business to Larry H. Miller American Toyota and Serenity as my service advisor. I feel like this dealership saved my life with the repair, at no charge, for another dealership’s negligence to my vehicle. It was a Major oversight to my vehicle which could have caused the wheel to come off while driving at a high rate of speed on the highway. We put our trust in the maintenance being performed on our vehicles. After this experience and the willingness of this dealership’s staff to help, I feel like I can trust in Larry H.
