The wait for service is extremely long.

Recommendations were what I expected. I appreciate being alerted to the leaky half axel. Will is great to deal with.

It was a very positive experience. My vehicle was ready before the time I was originally given at the time I arrived. The staff was very nice and helpful!!

Ryan was wonderful. We waited for a long time but we knew it was going to take time. Ryan kept things going. So glad we chose to drive down to Larry miller instead of going to Santa Fe Toyota.

Today we went in and the service was amazing! A guy named Jeremiah helped us out. He was great at explaining everything that was going on with the vehicle, he helped us a lot!

They did not provide a car wash, did not offer detailed update after services

I’ve been taking my vehicles to your location because the last dealer was not doing a good job. I do appreciate your team taking care of us however, today took three hours for an oil change and I did ask my advisor to wash my vehicle, and it was not washed. These are two small things, but if I’m told it will be done, in a timely matter then I’m going to expect it to be done. Would you agree?
