The service from start to finish has improved significantly since I purchased my vehicle 2 years ago. It was disappointing to find out that the part needed to fix the button to open the back hatch wasn’t available. Maybe a quick look at the appointment request a week ago could have helped with getting the part needed to fix it and saved time and space for your technicians. You all looked busy and are very kind.Thanks for letting me give feedback.
