Absolutely loved the service provided by Devon and Jeffrey. Treat these guys right. They are keepers. Personable. Listen well. Respond quickly to texts. Even after I left the dealership Devon went the extra mile to verbally guide me to get traction back on as somehow it got turned off while in service. Bottom line - you hire great people and treat them well, they treat the customer well too!

Today, someone greeted me & walked me over to Service Advisor, nice touch! Richard was also very helpful, even offered me coupons 😁😁😁!!!! And I was very pleased that Service was honest enough to decline my getting tires rotated!!! Sorry to report that Service Dept remains true to form in that yet again my vehicle was returned GREASY (🙄😟 yuck!!!!). Thank God I already KNOW to have my light-colored seats COVERED before going-in (guessing Service is so swamped, don’t have time to protect interiors?). Overall, LHMiller is tops. Thank you for keeping my vehicle on the road & safe.
