We are currently on a road trip back home and we were able to make an appointment and found we had a couple of critical issues that had no idea. We initially made an appointment TME t to check the tires pressure lights and Toyota took care of that and much more. We paid the price of course ($$$) but worth it for the long road ahead of us. Thank you Toyota!

I was told when I arrived for my 1:30 time that I would wait 3 hours before they would get to my oil change. What is the point of being given a time and then immediately told it would be 3 hours later?

Was met very quickly by someone who did not introduce himself or ask my name. He only asked if I had an appointment and what my phone number was. I cooperated and told him I would be in the waiting area. About an hour and a half later, I was phoned by Ryan. He told me my car was almost done, but did recommend the fuel injector cleaning/service. He said it would take an additional 10-15 min. after the oil change was done. I asked about the cost and he quoted me approx $160. I agreed to have this service. When he called again to tell me my Prius was done, I met him to pay the bill. Since I had had a few minutes to think about the $160 charge for the fuel injector service, I asked him if there were additional parts required for this. He told me there was only the cost of the actual cleanser. I questioned the cost, since that portion of the service took only 1/3 of an hour. I protested but he said, "I don't set the prices." PS. He also referred to me as "my dear" several times both on the phone and in person until I asked him to stop. I'm not so sure I'll be returning after being overcharged and being patronized in that manner. I should have asked to speak to a manager. I don't believe I was very well treated.
