Everyone was super friendly. They were very clear in services they were providing.

Maintenance was great. Scheduling was not. I set up for one car and the system showed another coming in. I didn’t request alignment but it was performed on my vehicle. Luckily it needed it.

Quick and easy with my appointment.

Came in for an oil change, let them know I would be getting new tires at a tire store so no need to rotate them. They were able to get me the same tires installed for less. Then when the car was ready, I took one look at the tires and thought they looked ridiculous (regular highway tires instead of all-terrain tires on a Tacoma). I apologetically asked whether they could switch to all terrain, and they very patiently handled it. Love the tires I got. Can't remember the name of the tire specialist but he was great!
