Great service

Front and rear brake job done. I had some concerns about the way the brakes felt afterwards. Ryan had someone check them right away. I appreciate 2 lug nuts we’re replaced free of charge but what was installed was not the same as the others and the tops of them were broken off.

Long wait. I will select earlier appt next time. Clarissa in title services was awesome. Cleared up the confusion on my VIN registration with my loan, State DMV, and my insurance company. She is a terrific asset to your dealership.

Mark was very helpful you do not find individuals like that anymore.

Mariah Lucero service advisor was exceptionally helpful as well as Mark, the shop foreman. Mark diagnosed the problem and quickly had his mechanic order the parts and scheduled a quick repair. Mariah arranged a courteous Lyft ride home and another Lyft ride to pick up my car when it was ready. That was a great service provided by Larry Miller Toyota.

I worked with joe Sanchez in service and had a great experience here. He was attentive and keep me informed along the way. I’ll always come back here
