It was an easy process. My care manager is excellent. Her last name is Lucero. I tried using the code on the sheet to evaluate her and it requires a gmail account not user friendly.

Dead battery. No appointment. Service people had the battery replaced & serviced within an hour. Great service compared to your Sales Reps at time of sale several years ago. Warranty covered new battery replacement. Thank you

They were unable to fix my problem because of a defective part, but I was told they were ordering a replacement and would call me in a few days to make a new appointment. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and I have not heard back. I left a phone message and have not had a response.
