The service was timely and professional. Very satisfied.

It was a very laidback experience. There was no push to buy a car, just information on the cars available, even if it wasn’t a Toyota.

Much much better than the last visit. They told me what needs to be service not a big laundry list of things that could fail. For the last 6 years I have been told my water pump needed replacing for over $1000. Every time I’ve asked for a picture or proof there a reason they can’t supply me with anything. Needless to say, I have never replaced it. This time was different. I had a slow leak in a tire and they fixed it and said I do not need new tires. Breath of fresh air. I hope this continues.

Ryan was very overwhelmed when I arrived. He was a bit short with me, but I did arrive without an appointment. I was grateful that the team was able to work on my car! When I returned to pick up the car, Ryan was much more friendly and helpful.

I called about a paint warranty and they got me right in, my car qualified and they took it in. The loaner car was great to have, and they were so helpful when I called with questions. Very happy!

The service was fine but the customer service was mediocre. All business, no cordiality. I understand they may be busy, but being friendly is not that hard.
