Andy Vigil helped me with the service piece of it, kept me informed on what was happening along with others in your service department, and got my vehicle back and ready for me to pick up as quickly as they could.

Took my Sequoia in for service and a strange noise. I got almost immediate help to the right person “Isaac” who set up the service I needed and a test drive for the noise. The technician “Mark” identified the problem and we are now scheduling the repair.
