Calvin in your parts department made my entire trip worthwhile, he was attentive to my needs and made the process simple and rewarding. Sean in intake and Kyle Yazzie were great to work with. Seems like an entirely new focus on customer satisfaction at LHM - Keep up the great work!

Rich is great. When he wasn’t there when I returned to get my car as I believe it was lunch time, the service advisor next to his stand stepped in to help cash out and get the keys. Thanks
