As I drove in to the service area, I was immediately greeted by staff, and then quickly greeted by the service adviser Mariah Lucero. She is awesome!

I was greeted by Technician that was promo & polite. The waiting room was cold & comfortable.

It was fine but I never received a text saying my car was ready. (Yet somehow I received this survey?) Service manager seemed annoyed when I told him this and he insisted the service rep did text me. I even held up my phone and showed him no texts. Could have saved some headaches getting a ride back up to get my car had known it was done 2 hours earlier.

Kyle was helpful and informative.Never have a problem when I take my vehicle there.

It was great, however it took almost 4.5 hours from the time I walked in until the time I got my keys to my new vehicle. In case like that, especially the type of money.bout to transpire, have some food available. We weee offered water but my wife was becoming very anxious due to low blood sugar intake.Extremely happy with the vehicle it was just the time waiting for a deal to be made that really was, at least I think from a cyst point of view, just too long. We almost walked out during the last forty minutes of our 4.5 hour wait due to hunger

There was some confusion about parts that weren’t ordered and job to be done. Andrew took over and got the job done. He has very good customer skills. Very kind and likable person.
