I took my car in as it was making very concerning, disturbing noise of rattling, squeezing, popping noise in rear of my Prius. I booked my appt. on line and gave a description of my issue. When I arrived I was told Saturday’s are express services. The service adviser told me he was going to talk to service. The manager of service came out to let me know the shop manger will go for a test run with me. MARK went with me for ride he heard the noises and advised me he will search and find what the problem is so I can enjoy my car again. Within an hour Mark took me to my car and showed me my problem. It was side and back panels that are loose. He was going to order parts and he will install them. MARK, SHOP MANAGER was extremely kind and caring for his customer satisfaction. I have dealt with a lot of auto services through out many , many years but none like MARK. Previously I took my car 3 times to Sandia Toyota and they couldn’t pin point the problem but they placed a clip in the rear end which did not solve anything. I told shop manger about a clip he could not imagine what clip they may be talking about. I was charged over $100.00 .I highly rate my experience with the service agent, manager and especially Mark. I would never take my car anywhere else. When I drove off I finally felt safe and exceeding happy the problem will be solved and knowing someone actually took time and effort to satisfy their customer. Thank You so much.

Robert Messenger was an exceptional sales man and boy did he have to put up with me. He was always responsive!
