Great service when at the dealership. My only concern is communication. I tried for several weeks before my appointment to discuss some vehicle concerns and never received a call back. Also trying to call the dealership and speak with any service advisor or the service manager was impossible. When you select the option on voicemail to speak with a live advisor it immediately hangs up the call.

It took me almost as long to pick up my truck & check out as it took for the service. Absolutely unacceptable for the service advisor to be "upselling" the customer ahead of me while we all wait on 20 questions from that customer.

From the 1st phone call, to the test drive, to almost walking away, Roger’s passionate, yet patient persistence made this a fun and comfortable experience! Yes, buying a car takes forever, but the people at American Toyota are awesome. Joseph and Kevin were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Adam worked hard to accommodate my budget. My husband now looks forward to returning for service and maintaining a great relationship with this dealership…to be continued
