Got an oil change

very quick and didn't upsell me with anything I didn't need

Did thoroughly check truck for services needed. Only there for oil change. Took too long, must schedule other services needed and 120,000 mile things

Nothing unusual just a normal 5K service

Joe was great. Fit me in due to safety issue with blown shock absorber

We took my car in for an alignment. Brandon, my service advisor was ready and had my car taken back immediately. He said it would take 25-30 minutes if I wanted to stay. I had to run an errand and was back in 20 minutes. It was done and paperwork ready. Brandon was very polite and professional.
