Good greeting by Angel…Good online communication regarding recommended vehicle service.. Poor customer service picking up my car after service completion. -Assigned staff member,Ryan, was not at his desk when I went to pick up the car. He did not respond in timely manner to intercom paging call. Joe Sanchez then found my car’s service ticket and helped me pay the service charge. Joe then gave me the key fob and told me that I could find my car in the front part of the completed service cars parking lot. I did not find the car in the front parking area and proceeded to walk around the parking lot area to find my vehicle. My having to search for my vehicle while four customer service staff in the welcoming service area were standing around is not a good representation of good customer care for your dealership.

Well I'm advance of my schedule appointment time, I was notified of the wait time so I could make appropriate plans. Additional services approval was clear and painless and the work was completed around the time indicated. Everyone was respectful and pleasant to work with.
