Has vehicle serviced. Service took the entire day. Service advisor was helpful in letting me know when vehicle would be ready.

Dropped off car on Friday evening and they were not really sure what to do. For some reason night check in does not communicate with the scheduled advisor. Received the todo list breakdown but never notified my car oil change was complete. The communication was not great. But when I arrived jordan was very pleasant and efficient.

Took much longer than was told. Also service advisor was not at desk once I picked up the truck. Waited for at least 10-15 minutes and finally asked one of the other advisors to assist. Noticed that when the previous person was helped that the service advisor brought their car to side doors. When he was done helping me he asked if I could walk to truck. Would have been nice to receive same level of service as previous customers. Also would have been nice if I was asked if I needed help rather than keep telling me that my service advisor was paged and to wait.

The appointment operator did a fantastic job in accommodating the appointment I needed. Richard Pohl did an awesome job of keeping car overnight and keeping me up to date on the progress of my car repair and even the ordering of parts. It was completed right at the time promised.

The service advisor was great.Kyle . But the young guy checking in my truck tried to tell me I didn't have a appointment. When clearly I looked at his iPad it said scott elliott 4runner appointment.. I'm driving a tundra. But I clearly pointed at his iPad and said scott elliott. Then he told. Me their would be a 3hr wait. It didn't take that long. But it would be nice if he would have listed to me.. And just updated my info.
