The service advisor was great.Kyle . But the young guy checking in my truck tried to tell me I didn't have a appointment. When clearly I looked at his iPad it said scott elliott 4runner appointment.. I'm driving a tundra. But I clearly pointed at his iPad and said scott elliott. Then he told. Me their would be a 3hr wait. It didn't take that long. But it would be nice if he would have listed to me.. And just updated my info.

Claudia was amazing, took care of the vehicle in a timely and very professional manner.

Texting during service appointment worked well even out in the mountains. Also happy it was all done in one day.
