Very easy. No waiting even though I was 20 minutes early. Took me right in. The service waiting area is comfortable with many amenities. My service guy was top notch, explaining everything. Thanks Toyota. My first Toyota at 56. I'm a believer. Love my 2023 Camry hybrid.

My experience started with a phone call to inquire about service. The phone conversation was professional, brief, and resulted in me dropping my car off within 30 minutes. Once at the dealership I was greeted by Sean Sawyer who was extremely informative about next steps regarding my concerns.I was experiencing a bit of high stress as I was traveling from 2 states away when warning lights displayed on my car.Service advisor, Joe Sanchez was the final associate I interacted with; he is a top notch professional who demonstrated superior listening skills as he listened to my concerns. His calm demeanor and approach in proceeding with the vehicle drop off made a significant difference of my stress level.I wish I could experience this level of professionalism at the dealership in my home state.I feel confident about the star rating I've provided and will refer others.
