It was fine. Just the 3 hour wait was a bit long.

Went in for service, 5 stars for my advisor Brandon Perraglio.While waiting there was commotion the sales department a very loud man turns out he was the sales manager. Instead of encouraging his his sales staff he belittled them one in particular in front of everyone including customers. Not sure why anyone would want to work for him.

Dropped Tacoma off for scheduled maintenance. It was completed in about 90 minutes. Devon explained the results of their inspection.

Great experience. Would recommend maintenance plan to anyone buying a car.
