So pleased with the streamlined way of making my new car buying experience a pleasure. I have wanted to buy for a while but dreaded the the new car sales of the past. I called, scheduled an appointment and met with a terrific sales associate, Brenda Valdez. I ordered my Tacoma from trucks scheduled for delivery, placed a small dollar amount down. Brenda kept me abreast of a delivery timeline. Within 3 weeks I met with her when it arrived, completed paperwork, met with finance and was out the door, keys in hand within 90 minutes. I have purchased several other new vehicles and literally sat in the lobby waiting for hours while managers “ negotiate my deal”. I am so happy this process has improved to respecting the buyers time and intelligence.

I always receive good car care. However, every single I have been to LHM, they tell me at drop off they’ll wash my car and it has never been done once. Even when I received a bday car wash email.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. I felt comfortable from the time I walked in to when I left. Brenda was so sweet. She offered us water and even gave us some pizza to eat. Allen was exceptional! He worked out a deal with me and helped me out of a bad situation. We will definitely buy another vehicle here 5 stars!!
