Very good. This is my 3rd leased vehicle from Toyota. I appreciate the $1000 rebate. That helps a lot. Alex Montoya was very helpful. Sarah (Finance) was also very efficient and caring. She is a definite “keeper”. My questions were answered and I was encouraged to go back if I have any concerns regarding the new Corolla and/or lease.My only comment is the amount of time it takes to go thru the process. I arrived at the dealership at 1pm and didn’t leave until 4pm. Perhaps some streamlining is in order? This is not a criticism; merely an observation.
