Waiting 2 hours to have my Camry serviced (oil change, rotate tires, check fluids, courtesy car wash) seems excessive. Hiring more service technicians would cut the customer wait time, wouldn't it? Mariah is always professional, courteous and efficient.

Good experience. I like the efficiency and courteousness of the people. Thank you to Richard for processing the work quickly. I will return for the other two oil changes. The car was not very good. Still a lot of dirt spots. I would prefer a hand wash since I have the special paint.
