This appointment was great. Everything was done in a timely manner. You finished everything within 2 hours. Thank you for being quick and professional. The last time I took my vehicle, it took over 5 hours without a way to get around to handle my appointments.

First, I had a 2pm appointment for Saturday 22nd and arrived early (130p) was told there's 3 hr wait! What's the use of making an appointment. Don't over book appointments. The young man told me if I return early morning without an appointment my car can be serviced within an hour. If they're telling this to other customers that is unfair to customers who have made appointments. I'm glad I got my car serviced but over booking customers is bad business. I choose to drive 3 hrs to get my car serviced and it's inconvenient when I have to wait more than an hour.

Pleased that I wasn't pressured for a purchase.

Great service. They are always busy so it took a few hours, as I had a nail in my tire and no appointment. But they were very helpful and there was no charge.
