It was great

It was a 1 year anniversary for the vehicle purchased at the dealership. Basic multi point inspection with car wash. Vehicle was ready around an hour with some air filters recommended by service advisor Clay Staley and his team.

While on a cross country trip I experienced a starter failure in my 2020 Tacoma, the team was super accommodating and mindful of my time constraints and made it possible for my truck to be repaired on the same day without appointment!!!

Fast, courteous, they always do a great job!

The service advisor, Richard Pohl, and the mechanic were top-notch as usual. However, trying to get a call back from anyone in order to obtain an estimate on the work I wanted to have done was impossible. I finally just had to schedule an appointment and ask for an estimate once I arrived before I could make a decision about proceeding. 🙄

Service needed on FJ bought 14 years ago. I trust you to keep it in excellent running order for at least another 14. Kyle was excellent!
