Service needed on FJ bought 14 years ago. I trust you to keep it in excellent running order for at least another 14. Kyle was excellent!

I was not in a positive mood when I arrived for my appointment. Due to issues setting my appointment up. However I was able to resolve my issues, by speaking to the assistant service manager, and my new service advisor.

Devon was great! He took the time to explain my covered services and made sure I understood. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The valet was also very nice and patient with me. Thank you for a great experience!
