Contacted business as interested in a Tacoma, new. Called spoke with Brenda. Arranged a meeting. Truck I want is heading this way. Put a deposit down and sign paperwork. Pleasant experience. My time was respected! Efficient, informative and I left feeling happy.

Andrew the assistant service manager. I think took very good care of me under the circumstances on the day that I took it in. They had a lot of call outs that day which I understand because I was in the service industry but he was well. Mannered professional and did a great job.

It was fairly simple and straightforward

It was good.

Larry H Miller Toyota, American Toyota, Jayden Gonzales, have been so supportive and helpful for the last 6 months through ordering and getting our new Prius Prime and Tacoma access cab. We could have waited a year for Prius Prime but another buyer got a different car during their wait and our sales rep called and got us on and we completed the purchase. Thank you to Jayden!!

The best experience I've had at any dealership. Ryan K. is an outstanding salesman with a great attitude. Very happy to do business with the whole team.
