I came in without an appointment due to a battery issue and received excellent customer service. My service adviser, Will Talbot was excellent. He explained the wait may be a bit and offered to get us an Uber. We decided to wait and he checked on us and updated us several times. Appreciate Will addressing our problem asap.

Joe was excellent. Told us they were running behind. Initially was told wait would be 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Was good for the wait. That turned into a 3+ hr wait which I wasn't happy about but it wasn't anyone's fault and I want the guys to do their best job. Suspect next time I need to arrange a ride. Luckily everything checked out OK - would not have had time to address any further issues.
