Online service reservation didn’t work. When I showed up I didn’t have an appointment despite the fact that I made one on the website. However, they took me in and even provided an Uber to drop me off and pick me up, which is really nice.

Incredibly efficient check in at Service Department. Isaac was amazing. Felt like I was a very important customer. Uber service was a terrific service. Very pleasantly surprised by the entire experience.

It was a long wait but I didn’t have an appointment. I just had a problem with my car that needed to be fixed that day so they fixed it and I did wait a while but there was no complaint because I had no appointment
