My advisor Jeffrey Sturgill had me in and out really fast and even took the time to set up my phone to my car and help me with my something else’s in my Rave 4 he has great customer service

Ruben did well. I think he is new in this position. He could have been a bit more responsive when I contacted him before we received the car.I'm surprised you don't call costumers after the sale or lease to see how they are doing.So far I like the Corolla Cross a lot except for one issue. The front passenger seat is to low and there is no adjustment to raise it.

I thought I needed a 5,000 mile oil change. They told me it wasn't due for another 5,000 miles, nut rotated the tires. I thought I was going to have a long wait, but was pleasantly surprised.

I was taken in quickly. Once they asked for approval on the desired work, it took 4 more hours. I wasn’t expecting so much time as I had only gone in for an oil change. I guess it had to be done.
